Access Key Restrictions
Access key ID (AK) and secret access key (SK) are used as identity credentials for you to access Huawei Cloud through development tools (APIs, CLI, and SDKs). Many cloud security incidents have shown that hackers may use access keys to unsubscribe from or delete cloud resources, disrupting the operation of cloud services. Serious security problems may occur, for example, sensitive data may be stolen. When Huawei Cloud detects possible access key leakage, it restricts the operations (for example, login to the console) using the access key or the identity created using the access key after your authorization to reduce the risk.
Removing Restrictions
If you have confirmed that no access keys are leaked or have rotated the access keys, you can submit a service ticket to remove the restrictions.
