Enabling or Disabling the Default Tag of a Cluster - SwitchClusterTags
Function
This API is used to enable or disable the default cluster tag. If this function is enabled, nodes in a cluster are added with the default cluster tag.

Authorization Information
Each account has all the permissions required to call all APIs, but IAM users must be assigned the required permissions.

- If you are using identity policy-based authorization, no identity policy-based permissions are required for calling this API.
