How Do I Use the Free or a Purchased Cloud Meeting Room to Create a Meeting?

Using the Free 50-Participant Cloud Meeting Room

1. Use the account that needs to create a meeting to call the Querying Cloud Meeting Rooms by Page and the Personal Meeting ID as a Common User API to query the cloud meeting room ID.

2. Call the API for creating a meeting and configure vmrFlag and vmrID.

(1) Set vmrFlag to 1.

(2) Set vmrID to the cloud meeting ID obtained in step 1.

Using a Purchased Cloud Meeting Room

1. Use the enterprise administrator account to call the Querying Cloud Meeting Rooms by Page as an Enterprise Administrator API to query details and allocation information of a purchased cloud meeting room.

2. Allocate the cloud meeting room to a specific meeting user account. For details, see Allocating a Cloud Meeting Room.

3. Log in to the system using the meeting user account, call the API for creating a meeting, and configure vmrFlag and vmrID.

(1) Set vmrFlag to 1.

(2) Set vmrID to the cloud meeting ID obtained in step 1.
