How Do I Change My Password?

If you remember your password and want to change it, do as follows:
- Account: See Resetting IAM User Password or Account Password to reset the account login password.
- IAM user: On the IAM console, choose Security Settings in the left navigation pane and change the password on the Basic Information tab. For details, see "Changing the Login Password of an IAM User" in Identity and Access Management User Guide.
If you have forgotten your password:
- Reset your password by following the instructions in How Do I Reset My Password?
- If you are an IAM user and have not bound any email address or mobile number to your account, .
