Why is My Account Frozen?

Your account will be frozen if:

  • You have violated national laws and regulations or Huawei's security requirements. In this case, submit a service ticket for handling.
  • Your cloud services are not renewed in the retention period. You can manually renew them.
  • You have become a partner, for example, a solution partner.
  • You have submitted an application to delete your account.
  • You are associated with a partner in reseller mode and your expenditures exceed the budget allocated by the partner.
