Why is My Account Frozen?

Your account will be frozen if:

  • You have violated national laws and regulations or Huawei security requirements. In this case, submit a service ticket for handling.
  • Your cloud services are not renewed in the retention period. You can manually renew them.
  • You have become a partner, such as a reseller.
  • You have submitted an application to delete your account.
  • You have been associated with a partner in reseller mode and your account has been frozen for some reasons, for example, your expenditure has exceeded the budget allocated by the partner.
