Overview

You can use certificate-based authentication for Workspace desktops that have joined the Active Directory (AD). When a user accesses a Workspace desktop or cloud application, the system does not prompt the user to enter the password. Certificate-based authentication for your AD domain allows you to:

  • Authenticate users through a third-party authentication platform and match users in the AD domain.
  • Automatically request a certificate for your user during session authentication, and use a smart card with a pre-allocated certificate to authenticate the user in the AD domain.
