      Table 5 Operation connection parameters

      Parameter

      Description

      Name

Enter a name for the operation connection. The operation connection naming rules are as follows:

      • Only uppercase letters (A to Z), lowercase letters (a to z), digits (0 to 9), and the following special characters are allowed: -_.
      • The value can contain 1 to 64 characters.

      Type

Select the operation connection type based on the authentication method supported by the API to be called.

      • AK&SK: An AK and an SK are required for authentication. You need to manually enter the required endpoint, AK, and SK. For details about how to obtain the AK/SK, see How Do I Obtain an Access Key (AK/SK)?.
      • Username and password: A username and password are required for authentication. You need to manually enter the required endpoint, username, and password.
      • Agency: You do not need to manually enter authentication parameters such as the domain name, username, and password. The system automatically obtains the domain name (endpoint) of the corresponding cloud service and uses the cloud service agency for authentication. For more information about cloud service agency authorization, see Authorizing SecMaster.
      • Other: If an authentication method other than AK&SK, username and password, and cloud service agency is used for calling APIs, set Type to Other.

      Credentials

      • If Type is set to AK&SK, you need to configure the Attachment Address, AK, and SK fields. Attachment Address is the domain name (endpoint).
      • If Type is set to Username and password, you need to configure the Attach Address, Username, and Password fields. Attachment Address is the domain name (endpoint).
      • If Type is set to Cloud service agency, you do not need to manually enter authentication parameters.
      • If Type is set to Other, you can enter custom JSON string to specify the Authentication Parameter (Optional). The string can contain a maximum of 30,000 characters, for example, {"token": "xxxx"}. If no authentication is required for calling the API, there is no need to configure this parameter.

      Authentication Parameter (Optional)

Custom JSON string, which is used to specify other authentication parameters. The string cannot exceed 30,000 characters.

      Description (Optional)

(Optional) Enter a description for the operation connection. The description can contain a maximum of 1,000 characters.

    3. After configuring the parameters, click OK in the lower right corner of the page. You can view the added operation connection on the operation connection management page. In the operation connection list, the Built-in column shows the operation connection type: Custom or Built-in.
