Setting Anti-screen Capture for a General-Purpose Cloud Phone

KooPhone provides the anti-screen capture function. You can enable or disable this function on the console for purchased cloud phone instances to enhance security and protect privacy. After this function is enabled, users are not allowed to take screenshots when using the client.

Enabling Anti-screen Capture

After the anti-screen capture function is enabled for a cloud phone on the console, the user cannot take screenshots when using the cloud phone.

  1. Sign in to the KooPhone console.
  2. In the navigation pane on the left of the general-purpose cloud phone, choose Security Management > Anti-screen Capture.
  3. In the instance list, select one or more cloud phone instances and click Enable in the upper left corner above the list.
  4. On the displayed page, confirm the cloud phone instance information and click OK.
  5. When the message "Enabled" is displayed, click OK.

Disabling Anti-screen Capture

You can disable the anti-screen capture function for cloud phones.

  1. In the instance list, select one or more cloud phone instances and click Disable in the upper left corner above the list.
  2. On the displayed page, confirm the cloud phone instance information and click OK.
  3. When the message "Disabled" is displayed, click OK.
