Unsubscribing from a Cloud Phone Instance

You can unsubscribe from a yearly/monthly cloud phone instance within the billing period if you do not want to use it anymore.

Unsubscribing from a Cloud Phone Instance

  1. Sign in to the KooPhone console.
  2. In the navigation pane, choose Cloud Phone Instances.
  3. Choose either of the following modes for unsubscribing from a cloud phone instance:

    • In the instance list, select one or more cloud phone instances and choose Unsubscribe in the upper left corner above the list.
    • In the instance list, locate a cloud phone instance and choose More > Unsubscribe in the Operation column on the right.

  4. In the displayed dialog box, click OK.
  5. The system redirects you to the unsubscription page.

    Confirm the cloud phone instances to be unsubscribed from again.

  6. Select the unsubscription reason and confirm the unsubscription operation.
  7. Click Unsubscribe in the lower right corner.
  8. In the displayed dialog box, check the resources to be unsubscribed and deleted and click OK.
