Log Management

It primarily manages the deletion timing of audit logs under Behavior Audit and the desensitization setting for log privacy data. Additionally, it allows manual deletion of log data.

Management Log

  1. Logging in to the Database Operations and Maintenance Management System using the sysadmin system administrator account.
  2. In the left navigation bar, select System Settings > Log Management.
  3. To configure regular log deletion, follow these steps:

    1. Click the Edit button on the left side of the page.

    2. Enable the Automatic Deletion Of Log Files switch.
    3. Set the automatic log retention period.
    4. Set the daily automatic log deletion schedule.
    5. Click OK.

      Parameter

      Description

      Automatic Deletion Of Log Files

      When the switch is enabled, the system monitors audit log data daily, and logs older than the specified retention period are deleted.

      It is recommended to open it.

      Automatic Retention Of Log Days

      The number of days for which audit log data is retained when the Automatic Deletion Of Log Files switch is enabled.

      Automatic Execution Time

      The time when logs are deleted daily when the Automatic Deletion Of Log Files switch is enabled.

  4. To enable privacy data anonymization, follow these steps:

    1. Click the Edit button icon on the left side of the page.
    2. Click to enable Data anonymization for privacy.
    3. The parameter values in the SQL statement logs generated by database users accessing the database will be masked.
