Verifying Best Practices One by One

When the number of tables and fields is very large, verifying sensitive data becomes a time-consuming and labor-intensive process; in such cases, it is necessary to quickly verify the best practices one by one.

The database encryption system enables the combined use of the two filtering options – Confirm Status and Only display sensitive fields – as highlighted in red in Figure 1, facilitating a rapid process for confirming sensitive data fields.

Procedure

  1. Open the Confirm Status dropdown menu and select the Not Confirmed option.
  2. Check Only display sensitive fields.
  3. Click on each Unconfirmed status field in the Comb column to confirm them individually.

    The system will automatically refresh the display of unconfirmed fields until all unconfirmed fields have been confirmed.
