User
The system comes with three built-in user accounts: System Administrator (sysadmin), Audit Administrator (audadmin), and Security Administrator (secadmin), as shown in Figure 1.
If new employees need to use the system, it is recommended to create a separate account for each user to facilitate management.
By default, newly created users by system administrators are locked, cannot log in, and do not have any role-based permissions.
After creating a user, log in as the Security Administrator (secadmin) to unlock the user account and assign the appropriate permissions.
Through the User Management Module, administrators can flexibly manage users.
Ensure that each user is granted appropriate permissions to safeguard system security and performance.
Adding a User
- Logging In to the Database Encryption System using the system administrator (sysadmin) account.
- Select User Management > User from the left navigation tree.
- In the right-hand section, click Add User, as shown in Figure 2.
- In the New User dialog box (as shown in Figure 3), configure the user-related information; the instructions for adding new user parameters are provided in Table 1.

Description
Full Name
Please enter the user's full name for identity verification and audit trail purposes.
Username
The user's account name for system login.
Supports letters, digits, and underscores; must start with a letter and have a length between 4 and 32 characters.
Password
login password.
Recommended strength: At least 8 characters, including at least two of the following: uppercase letters, lowercase letters, digits, or special characters.
Confirm Password
Please re-enter the above password; both entries must match exactly to prevent input errors.
Remark
Provide additional information such as the user's position, department, or intended use to facilitate subsequent management and maintenance. Example: Big Data Platform Operations and Maintenance Lead.
- After completing the configuration, click Confirm to create the user.
Viewing Users
You can perform fuzzy-match searches using the name, username, remarks, or other fields, as shown in Figure 4.
Editing or Deleting a User
- Logging In to the Database Encryption System using the system administrator (sysadmin) account.
- Select User Management> User from the left navigation tree.
- When the mouse pointer hovers over the character that requires manipulation, the Edit and Delete buttons will appear, as shown in Figure 5.
- Users can be edited or deleted as needed; the editing process is shown in Figure 6. Deleting a user requires secondary confirmation, as shown in Figure 7.
- Click Confirm to execute the operation.
