System Log Management

  • Log retention time setting: Customize the retention period for log files and automatically clean up expired logs to save storage space.
  • Log Query: Supports querying service logs by specified date for quick problem location.
  • Log Download: Provides log file download functionality for easy local analysis or backup.

Management System Logs

  1. Logging In to the Database Encryption System using the system administrator (sysadmin) account.
  2. In the left navigation tree, select Systems Management > System Log Management.
  3. Set the log retention period, then click Save.
  4. Select the time range for the query log, specify the number of query entries, and click Search to retrieve the service logs for the specified date.
  5. Click Download to download the service logs for a specific date, as shown in Figure 1.
