Configuring a Domain and an Intention

  1. Choose Configuration Center > Chatbot Management > Semantic Understanding > Knowledge Management > Domain Management, and click Create to create a domain.

  2. Find the domain created in 1 and click Active to activate the domain.
  3. Choose Knowledge Management > Intention Management and select the domain created in 1.
  4. Create the voice and data intentions and set the information on the Corpus and Response tab pages by referring to the following figures. The corpora can be set based on site requirements.

  5. Click Save to save the intention.
  6. Select the intentions and click Train to train them.
