Email Message

Click Message Distribution in the toolset and switch to the email message tab.

Common Operations

  • Click Add to create an email push task. In the displayed dialog box, you can configure the task name, sending scope, message template, and sending mode.

    You can send four types of notifications to sign-up users: sign-up success (automatically sent after the customer submits the sign-up), approval granted (automatically sent after the sign-up is approved), participation reminder, and sign-in reminder.

  • Click Details in the Operation column on the Email push tab to view the email sending status.
  • Switch to the Email template tab to view or preview the email templates preset in the system.
