Modify Specifications

You can upgrade or downgrade your instance specifications after purchase to ensure they continuously meet your evolving anti-DDoS requirements.

Upgrading the CNAD specifications does not affect the protected cloud services and resources.

Limitations and Constraints

  • Specifications of an expired instance cannot be upgraded or downgraded.
  • Specifications of a frozen instance cannot be upgraded or downgraded.

Upgrading the Specifications of a CNAD Instance

  1. Log in to the AAD console.
  2. In the navigation pane on the left, choose Cloud Native Anti-DDoS Advanced > Instances. The Instances page is displayed.
  3. Click Upgrade Specifications on the right of the instance whose specifications need to be upgraded. The Upgrade Specifications page is displayed.
  4. On the Upgrade Specifications page, set the specifications to be upgraded.

  5. In the lower right corner of the page, click Submit.
  6. Confirm the order details and click Pay Now.
  7. On the payment page, select a payment method and pay for your order.

Downgrading the Specifications of a CNAD Advanced Instance

  1. Log in to the AAD console.
  2. Select a region in the upper part of the page, click in the upper left corner of the page, and choose Security & Compliance > Anti-DDoS Service. The Anti-DDoS Service Center page is displayed.
  3. In the navigation pane on the left, choose Cloud Native Anti-DDoS Advanced > Instances. The Instances page is displayed.
  4. Click Downgrade Specifications on the right of the instance whose specifications need to be downgraded. The Downgrade Specifications page is displayed.
  5. On the Upgrade Specifications page, set the specifications to be upgraded.

  6. In the lower right corner of the page, click Submit.
  7. Confirm the order details and click Submit.
