How Do I Unbind a Virtual MFA Device?
You can unbind the virtual MFA device as long as the mobile phone used to bind the MFA device is available and the MFA application is still installed on the phone.
- On the homepage of the cloud system, click Console.
- Hover the mouse pointer over the username in the upper right corner and choose My Credentials from the drop-down list.
- Click Unbind next to Virtual MFA Device.
- Enter the verification code obtained from the virtual MFA device.
- Click OK.
The virtual MFA device is unbound successfully.
