TRANSACTIONS_PREPARED_XACTS

Displays information about transactions that are currently prepared for two-phase commit on the current node, as described in Table 1. In the multi-tenancy scenario, global statistics are returned if this view is accessed in a non-PDB, and statistics about a PDB is returned if this view is accessed in the PDB.
