What do I do when WeLink Calendar fails to be synchronized with phone Calendar?（iOS）
Perform the following operations:
- Allow WeLink to access phone Calendar.
In phone Settings, tap Privacy and then Calendar, and turn on WeLink.
- Turn off Calendar and iCloud Drive.
Method 1 :
In phone Settings, tap your apple ID, iCloud, iTunes, and App Store separately, and turn off Calendar and iCloud Driver.
For iOS 11 and later versions, tap Accounts & Passwords in phone Settings. In the ACCOUNTS area, tap a remote account such as Outlook or Facebook and then turn off Calendars.
For other iOS versions, tap Calendar > Accounts in phone Settings. In the ACCOUNTS area, tap a remote account such as Outlook or Facebook and then turn off Calendars.
- Enable synchronization for WeLink Calendar.
In the personal center of WeLink, tap Settings and then FunctionsàCalendar, and turn on Sync to phone.
- If the problem persists, log out of WeLink and log in again. You can also seek help by tapping Feedback in the personal center of WeLink.
