What do I do when WeLink Calendar fails to be synchronized with phone Calendar?(iOS)

Perform the following operations:

  1. Allow WeLink to access phone Calendar.

    In phone Settings, tap Privacy and then Calendar, and turn on WeLink.

  2. Turn off Calendar and iCloud Drive.

    Method 1 :

    In phone Settings, tap your apple ID, iCloud, iTunes, and App Store separately, and turn off Calendar and iCloud Driver.

    Method 2

    For iOS 11 and later versions, tap Accounts & Passwords in phone Settings. In the ACCOUNTS area, tap a remote account such as Outlook or Facebook and then turn off Calendars.

    For other iOS versions, tap Calendar > Accounts in phone Settings. In the ACCOUNTS area, tap a remote account such as Outlook or Facebook and then turn off Calendars.

  3. Enable synchronization for WeLink Calendar.

    In the personal center of WeLink, tap Settings and then FunctionsàCalendar, and turn on Sync to phone.

  4. If the problem persists, log out of WeLink and log in again. You can also seek help by tapping Feedback in the personal center of WeLink.
