Users with the Tenant Administrator or ProjectMan ConfigOperations permission can determine whether all members of the tenant can create projects.
For details about how to configure the ProjectMan ConfigOperations permission for users, see Permissions Management.
- Log in to the CodeArts homepage and click
.
- Choose All Account Settings.
- Choose General > Project Creators.
- Select Only some members can create projects. The member list is displayed.
- Enable or disable the authorization. Unauthorized members cannot create projects.
