Resetting the Password
- If you remember your password:
- Huawei Cloud account: Hover over the username in the upper right of the console and choose Basic Information. Then change the password of your account.
- HUAWEI ID: Go to the Basic Information page of My Account, and click Manage next to HUAWEI ID Information. You are automatically redirected to the HUAWEI ID website. Choose Account & security, and change the password in the Security center area.
- IAM user: Hover over the username in the upper right of the console and choose Security Settings. Then change the password on the Basic Information tab page.
- If you have forgotten your password:
- See What Should I Do If I Forgot My Password?
- If you are an IAM user and have not bound any email address or mobile number to your account, request the administrator to reset your password.
