How Do I Collect Fault Information?

You can use the fault information collection script or run commands to collect the fault information.

• Use the fault information collection script to collect information.
  1. Download the fault information collection script at https://hgcs-drivers-cn-north-4.obs.cn-north-4.myhuaweicloud.com/release/script/diagnose_gpu.sh.
  2. Run the bash diagnose_gpu.sh command to save the information to the diagnose_gpu_xxxxx.tar.gz file. Check the information by yourself or contact technical support by submitting a service ticket.
