How Do I Collect NVIDIA Logs?

You can perform the following steps to collect NVIDIA logs:

  1. Log in to the ECS.
  2. Run the following command in any directory: (In the CCE scenario, go to the /opt/cloud/cce/nvidia/bin directory to run the command.)

    sh nvidia-bug-report.sh

    or

    ./nvidia-bug-report.sh

  3. Wait until the execution is complete and nvidia-bug-report.log.gz is generated in the current directory. Then, dump the log.
