Negotiated Unsubscriptions

After a customer submits an unsubscription request for a professional service, license, or SaaS involving service supervision, you can view the details and review the request on the Seller Console.

Unsubscription Process

Procedure

  1. Navigate to Seller Console > Orders > Unsubscriptions.
  2. Click Review in the Operation column of a row containing an unsubscription record to be reviewed.

  3. On the Unsubscriptions Details page, view the request information.

    Enter the review comments and upload the communication records agreed upon with the customer or the attachments related to unsubscription confirmation.

    Click Agree or Reject.

    • If the customer has agreed to provide the contact information to you when submitting the unsubscription request, you can view the customer's contact information.
    • Reject the request if you consider it unreasonable. The unsubscription process will end. The customer can submit their request again.
