Symptom
During the migration, the error "SMS. 0601 ECS creation failed. Cause: xxx" was reported.
Possible Causes
There are many causes for target server creation failures.
- The account balance is insufficient.
- The quota is insufficient.
- The requested AZ is unavailable.
