Why Is Consistency Verification Not Supported for Red Hat Enterprise Linux CoreOS?

Red Hat Enterprise Linux CoreOS (RHCOS) utilizes bind mounts for specific directories like /etc and /var as part of its unique mounting mechanism. This design results in a root directory structure that differs from traditional operating systems.

SMS does not support the special root directory setup, and therefore cannot check data consistency for RHCOS.
