You can change the billing mode of a shared bandwidth if it no longer meets your needs.

Shared Bandwidth	From yearly/monthly to pay-per-use (billed by bandwidth)	The change can be applied immediately or after the current subscription expires. If you want the change to be applied after the current subscription expires, perform operations in From Yearly/Monthly to Pay-Per-Use (Billed by Bandwidth) upon Expiration. If you want the change to be applied immediately, perform operations in From Yearly/Monthly to Pay-per-Use (Billed by Bandwidth) Immediately.
Shared Bandwidth	From pay-per-use (billed by bandwidth) to yearly/monthly	You can change the billing mode by referring to Changing Pay-per-Use to Yearly/Monthly. The change is applied immediately.
