Managing International Website Orders

After enabling Cloud Alliance services for your Europe website account, you can jump to the International website Billing Center and view and manage your International website orders there.

Precautions

You cannot manage your International website orders on the Europe website's Orders (Cloud Alliance Account) page. To view and manage these orders, choose Unpaid Orders or My Orders to go to the International website.

Procedure

  1. Log in to the Huawei Cloud official website, and go to the Orders (Cloud Alliance Account) page.
  2. Choose Unpaid Orders or My Orders to go to the Orders page of the International website.

  3. Pay, view, cancel, or export orders if needed. For details, see My Orders.

    • You can only pay your Europe website account's Cloud Alliance orders by monthly bill. To check the actual expenditure amount, go to the Billing > Bill Details page on the Europe website.
    • When you access the International website from the Europe website through the Cloud Alliance, only Orders and its lower-level pages are shown in the Billing Center. To view the Funds Management, Billing, and other pages, click Back to Home Site to go back to the Europe website's Billing Center.
