Overview

After enabling Cloud Alliance services, you can access the International website from the Europe website to purchase, renew, or unsubscribe from cloud service resources and view orders.

Prerequisites

To enable Cloud Alliance services, submit a service ticket or contact your account manager.

Currently, only enterprise accounts can enable Cloud Alliance services. To set your account type or change it to enterprise account, go to My Account. For details, see Setting the Account Type.

Constraints

Cloud Alliance yearly/monthly orders are billed monthly, and do not support other payment methods, such as online bank card payment.
Your Cloud Alliance yearly/monthly orders can use the contract commercial discounts and cash coupons of the website where your account was registered.
The Cloud Alliance orders of enterprise member accounts under unified accounting management are automatically paid by their master account. The master account cannot use their cash coupons for the payment or view these Cloud Alliance orders.
Each Cloud Alliance yearly/monthly order can contain up to 3,000 resources. Orders with more resources cannot be placed in yearly/monthly mode.
Cloud Alliance yearly/monthly orders cannot be placed by calling APIs.
Cloud Alliance yearly/monthly resources can only be renewed, modified, or unsubscribed on the target website. For example, for the resources you have purchased when accessing the International website from the Europe website through the Cloud Alliance, you can only renew, modify, or unsubscribe them on the International website.
Currently, the Cloud Alliance does not support the purchase of no/partial-upfront products (such as CloudPond), offline delivered services, professional services, software licenses, SnS products, and open beta testing (OBT) cloud service resources.
The currency and time displayed on the Cloud Alliance transaction page are subject to the website where your account was registered. The website you access through the Cloud Alliance still uses the display rules of your registration website.
