What Are the Network Latency and Packet Loss Rate of a Connection?

Huawei Cloud monitors the latency and packet loss rate from a VM to the Direct Connect gateway. To obtain the latency and packet loss rate from the Direct Connect gateway to your equipment room, contact the carrier from whom you leased the line.
