Yearly/Monthly EIP Billing
You are billed based on your required duration. No operations on the EIP will affect its billing.
Pay-per-Use EIP Billing
You will be billed for the EIP and fixed bandwidth.

EIP reservation price | If an EIP is not bound to any cloud resource, you need to pay for the EIP reservation price. NOTE: EIP reservation price is billed by second. Assume that you buy an EIP at 08:01:00 and bind it to an instance at 08:01:10. The EIP reservation price is billed for 10 seconds, that is, from 08:01:00 to 08:01:10. |
