frozen_scene	String	Freezing scenario. The value can be: POLICE: The account is frozen for public security. ARREAR: The account is frozen because it is in arrears. ILLEGAL: The account is frozen due to violation of laws and regulations. VERIFY: The account has not completed real-name authentication. DELETE_ACCOUNT: The account is deleted after unsubscription.
