Unsubscription Not Allowed

Unsubscriptions from resources are not allowed in any of the following scenarios: You can go to the Orders > Unsubscriptions page in the Billing Center, and choose Cloud resources > In-use > Unsubscription Not Allowed to view the reason why these resources cannot be unsubscribed from.

Unsubscription Limitations

  • Regular products that cannot be unsubscribed from
    • Free cloud services
    • Trial cloud services
    • One-off billed cloud services
    • Products for which other transactions are in progress
    • Expired cloud services
    • Account frozen for legal management. If your account is frozen, all your resources cannot be unsubscribed from. If one of your resources is frozen, that resource cannot be unsubscribed from.
    • KooGallery products that have been invoiced
    • Orders of customers associated in the referral model, paid by partners and already invoiced
    • Orders associated with a standard sales contract
    • Cloud services involved in a special reward activity, such as promotional packages, promotional coupons, promotional gift bundles, lucky draws, and referral incentives (cloud beans).
    • DevCloud products
  • KooGallery products that cannot be unsubscribed from

  • Unsubscriptions not allowed due to other reasons
    • Resources are unavailable.
    • You have subscribed to a support plan and have already used some of the benefits it provides.
    • A senior benefit has been used for trial.
  • Cloud services that cannot be unsubscribed from

    Unsubscription rules for certain cloud services may change. To view non-unsubscribable resources, go to the Unsubscriptions > In-use > Unsubscription Not Allowed page.

  • The following types of resources are not displayed on the Orders > Unsubscriptions page in the Billing Center:
    • Single-use products, which become invalid immediately after purchase

Procedure

  1. Go to the Orders > Unsubscriptions page, and choose Cloud resources > In-use > Unsubscription Not Allowed.
  2. Locate the instance and view the reason why it cannot be unsubscribed from.
