What Do I Do If the Error Message "unsupport this Linux version, please check your Linux version with install document!" Is Displayed During Agent Installation?
This error is reported if you set the installing node IP address to a public IP address when you add the agent. In this case, uninstall the agent and reinstall it. Perform the following steps:
- Uninstall the agent from the target database.
- Add the agent again. Set the installing node IP address to a valid intranet IP address.
- Download the agent.
- Install an Agent (Linux OS) or Install an Agent (Windows OS).
