Disabling Kibana/Dashboards Public Network Access

Function

This API is used to disable public network access to Kibana or OpenSearch Dashboards. [Kibana/Dashboards public network access cannot be disabled for yearly/monthly clusters by calling this API.] (tag:cmcc,ctc,hws,hws_hk)

If you disable Kibana public network access and then re-enable it, the public IP address for accessing Kibana may change. Exercise caution.
