Checking and Updating the Version

Function

Check and upgrade obsutil to a new version.

Command Line Structure

In Windows
```
obsutil update [-f] [-retrytimes=xxx]
```
In Linux or macOS
```
./obsutil update [-f] [-retrytimes=xxx]
```

Examples

The following example is based on a Windows OS:

obsutil update

Current version is: 5.1.14, the latest version is: 5.1.15
