Setting Quick Analysis
Monitoring keywords in logs helps you keep track of system performance and services. For example, the number of the ERROR keywords reflects system health, and the number of the BUY keywords can indicate service sales volume. LTS provides the quick analysis for you to obtain statistics on specified keywords.
Quick analysis is not available in the LA-Santiago region.
Precautions
Quick analysis is conducted on fields extracted from log structuring. Structure raw logs first before you create a quick analysis task.
Setting Quick Analysis
Apart from the procedure described below, you can also create quick analysis tasks when you are extracting fields on the Log Structuring page.
- Log in to the LTS console and choose Log Management in the navigation pane on the left.
- Select the target log group and log stream.
- On the Raw Logs tab, click Set Quick Analysis. On the page displayed, add fields for quick analysis. Figure 1 Setting quick analysis
Figure 2 Adding fields
- Click OK.
LTS then counts the number of keywords in logs of the log stream and displays the percentage of occurrences.
Figure 3 Viewing quick analysis results
- The results are in descending order and only display the top 20 keywords with the highest occurrences.
- You can click
next to Quick Analysis to modify or delete a field. If you delet a field or modify the name of a field on the Log Structuring page, the field will be updated in the quick analysis.
