Unsubscribing from Inactive Resources
Inactive resources are those you have purchased again based on the original pay-per-usage package or add-on package, for which you have specified a future effective time. In an unsubscription from an inactive resource, no handling fees are charged and the used cash coupons are returned. Used discount coupons will not be returned.
Scenarios When These Resources Can Be Unsubscribed From
You can only unsubscribe from inactive resources when the following conditions are all met.
- No other transactions for the resource are in progress.
- No special unsubscriptions from the resource are being applied for.
- The renewal order has not been in any promotion activity and no invoice has been issued for the renewal order.
Scenarios When These Resources Cannot Be Unsubscribed From
You cannot unsubscribe from inactive resources when any of the following conditions exists.
- Other transaction for the resource is in progress.
- Special unsubscription from the resource is being applied for.
- The resource has been in a promotion activity or an invoice has been issued for the resource.
Procedure
- Go to the Unsubscriptions and Returns/Exchanges > Cloud Service Unsubscriptions page.
- Click the Unsubscribe from Inactive Resources tab and then click Unsubscription Allowed.
- Choose single unsubscription or batch unsubscription as needed.
- Single unsubscription: Click Unsubscribe from Resource in the Operation column for the resource which you want to unsubscribe from.

- Batch unsubscription: Select the target resources from the resource list and click Batch Unsubscribe in the upper left corner of the resource list.

- Single unsubscription: Click Unsubscribe from Resource in the Operation column for the resource which you want to unsubscribe from.
- Click Expand to view the unsubscription details, specify the unsubscription reason, and then click Confirm.
