Order Status

Description

Pending approval

Status after order placement and before approval. An order in this status must be approved before you can pay for it.

Refund in progress

Status after an order is submitted for unsubscription and before the customer receives the refund.

Processing

Status after order placement and before the resource is provisioned.

Canceled

Status of an order that is canceled by the customer or automatically canceled by the system.

Completed

Status after the life cycle of any subscriptions, changes, renewals, and unsubscriptions comes to an end.

Pending payment

Status of a submitted but not paid order.

Pending confirmation

Status of an order placed by an account manager on behalf of the customer.
