HUAWEI CLOUD Invoiceable

Invoice amount that HUAWEI CLOUD can issue to you, including the unbilled amount for HUAWEI CLOUD products and featured products that you have purchased.

Marketplace Invoiceable

Invoice amount that the service provider can issue to you, including the unbilled amount for common products you have purchased in the Marketplace.

Invoiceable Expenditure Amount

Invoiceable amount for your expenditures. Expenditure amount of the current month cannot be invoiced for postpaid customers until the relevant bill is generated on the third day of the next month.

Invoice Type

Prepaid customers can only request invoices based on orders. (A virtual order of a month is generated for pay-per-use expenditures on the third day of the next month.)

Postpaid customers can only request invoices based on expenditure bills or milestone bills.

  • Expenditure bill: The bill of a month is generated on the third day of the next month. You can request invoices based on generated bills.
  • Milestone bill: Milestone payments agreed in an offline contract. You can request invoices based on paid bills.

Total Invoiceable

Total amount that can be invoiced in the current billing cycle or for the current order.

Invoiceable Amount

Remaining amount that can be invoiced in the current billing cycle or for the current order.

Outstanding Invoice Amount

When you unsubscribe from or downgrade specification for already invoiced resources, you make out an invoice based on the payment received, or there is any write-off, the invoiced amount for payment received, write-off amount, unsubscribed amount, and differential amount for the specification downgrade are all recorded as outstanding invoice amount.
