Format of a Transaction Bill File

File Description

  1. After subscribing to transaction bills, you can download and view them from Service List > Storage > Object Storage Service.
    • For details about how to download the bills, see Downloading Subscribed Bills.
    • Data of transaction bills comes from the Bills > Cost Bills > Transaction Bills page in the Billing Center.
  2. Select the folder named after a date as needed.

  3. Open the date folder and download the bill.

Interval of time from the end of one billing statement date to the next billing statement date. It is determined by HUAWEI CLOUD and is generally one natural month. Name of the specified enterprise project. If no enterprise project is selected for the cloud service, Default is displayed as the value of this field.

Time when the expenditure occurs. For yearly/monthly products, it is the time of payment, while for pay-per-use products, it is the period from the effective time to the expiration time of the resource reported in the SDR.

Order No./Transaction No.

String

Order No. is a unique identifier of a yearly/monthly order. Transaction No. is a unique identifier of payment for billing modes, such as pay-per-use.

Time when an expenditure is paid for.

Bill Type

String

Type of a bill item.

  • Expenditure-purchase: fees of purchased yearly/monthly products
  • Expenditure-renewal: fees of yearly/monthly products that you manually renew
  • Expenditure-use: fees of pay-per-use products
  • Expenditure-auto-renewal: fees of yearly/monthly products that are automatically renewed
  • Expenditure-hourly billing: fees of reserved instances that are billed hourly
  • Expenditure-unsubscription service charge: handling fees charged for unsubscriptions
  • Expenditure-month-end deduction for support plan: fees charged for the support plan at the end of a month
  • Expenditure-change: fees for changing the specifications of yearly/monthly products
  • Refund-unsubscription: fees of a yearly/monthly product that is unsubscribed from or for which the specification is downgraded
  • Adjustment-compensation: fees compensated by HUAWEI CLOUD
  • Adjustment-deduction: fees paid when HUAWEI CLOUD makes an account adjustment. For example, when HUAWEI CLOUD adjusts a specification downgrade order, the original refund amount is paid first.
