How Can I View Data on My Disk If Its Yearly/Monthly Server Has Expired?
You can purchase a pay-per-use server in the same region and AZ of the disk, attach the disk to this server, and log in to the server to view the data on the disk.
Do not initialize the disk. Or, the data on the disk will be cleared.
