Why Is My CDN Disabled?
Possible causes:
- Your domain name is banned due to violations of content regulations (sexually-explicit, illegal drug, gambling, or extremist content)
- Your domain name's license has expired. Have your domain name reviewed after obtaining a new license.
- Your domain name has been attacked.
Solutions:
- If your domain name is banned due to ICP license expiration, have it reviewed by referring to Reviewing a Domain Name after obtaining a new license.
- If your domain name is banned due to content regulation violation, CDN can no longer be enabled for the domain name.
- If your domain name is banned due to an attack, contact customer service to unban the domain name after the attack stops.
