Can CDN, WAF, and AAD Be Used Simultaneously?
No.
- CDN can be used with WAF. The traffic flow is: browser > CDN > WAF > origin server. For details, see Accelerating Resources Protected by WAF.
- WAF can be used with AAD. The traffic flow is: browser > AAD > WAF > origin server. For details, see Domain Setup with Both Advanced Anti-DDoS and WAF Deployed.
- CDN cannot be deployed before or after AAD, but you can configure association between them. For details, see Enabling Both AAD and CDN on Huawei Cloud.
