When an OBS Private Bucket Is Used as the Origin Server, Agency Creation for OBS Fails
Possible causes:
- Your IAM agency quota has been used up.
On the Agencies page of the IAM console, check whether the agency quota has been used up. If yes, delete unnecessary agencies or submit a service ticket to increase the quota.
- You are an IAM user.
Check whether the IAM user has the Security Administrator permissions. If not, you cannot create an agency. For details about how to obtain the permissions, see Assigning Permissions to an IAM User.
