How Do I Set a Balance Alert Threshold?

  1. Access the Overview page of the Billing Center.
  2. Switch on Alert. Click Modify to set a threshold.

  3. You will receive an SMS message if the total amount of the available credit, cash coupons, and flexi-purchase coupons drops below the threshold.

    Balance alerts cannot be set for IAM users because billing is not performed on IAM users.
