Can the CNAME of an Acceleration Domain Name Be Directly Accessed?

No.

After a domain name is added, the system will assign a CNAME record (in the form of *.c.cdnhwc1.com) to the domain name. Then, you need to configure a CNAME record with your domain provider, specifying that the domain name ending with *.c.cdnhwc1.com is an alias for your domain name. After the CNAME record takes effect, all requests for your domain name will be sent to CDN points of presence (PoPs).
