How Can I Cancel Mobile OTP Authentication If No Mobile OTP Application is Bound to My Account?
- If no mobile OTP application has been bound to your account and you are the admin user, submit a service ticket and ask the technical support to reset the login authentication method of admin to the initial state. This will not change other system configurations.
- If no mobile OTP application has been bound to your account and you are not the admin user, contact the admin user to cancel mobile OTP authentication. For details, see Configuring User Login Restrictions.
