What Do I Do If Message "Incorrect Account of Password" Is Displayed When I Try to Log In to OBS Browser+ Using an Account?

When this failure happens, if your account and password are confirmed correct, your account may be a Huawei account, not a HUAWEI CLOUD account. You cannot use a Huawei account to log in to OBS Browser+ because IAM cannot obtain a token from a Huawei account.

Solutions:

  1. Use access keys (AK and SK) for login. For details, see AK Login.
  2. Create an IAM account and use it to log in to OBS Browser+.
