Why Do I Fail to Request a Money Withdrawal?
If your account has a balance but you cannot withdraw it, the possible causes are as follows:
- You have not completed real-name authentication.
- There is no cash balance in your account but only authorized credit limit which cannot be withdrawn.
- The balance of your account comes from an unsubscription and an invoice has been issued for it. To withdraw the balance, return the invoice to HUAWEI CLOUD first. For the precautions and process for returning invoices, see Returning a HUAWEI CLOUD Invoice.
